The ALLEN high-performance swivel cleat is designed to meet the high-performance demands of the 29er and 49er skiffs. This cleat features our innovative 360-degree ball-bearing base, allowing the arm to rotate frictionlessly so you can secure and release lines effortlessly from any angle. The swivel cleat is supplied with two pre-installed wedges set at a flat angle. These wedges can be easily removed, rotated, or stacked to provide five different height and angle configurations.
