ISOTHERM SLIM-FIT COOLING UNIT 12/24V

The Slim-Fit cooling unit is designed to make installing boat refrigeration systems easier, especially in tight and hard-to-reach spaces.
Slim-Fit is based on a new cooling concept centred on a patented evaporator design. The design consists of powder-coated copper tubing and an aluminium cooling fin. The solution won an award at the DAME Awards in 2024, highlighting its innovation and significance for the development of the industry.
When building boat refrigeration systems, limited space and complex installation are key challenges. Slim-Fit meets these challenges with a compact design and Plug & Play installation that reduces work steps. The pre-charged evaporator passes through small openings, eliminating the need for quick couplings and welding. Simplifying the design reduces the risk of leaks and improves system safety.
The Slim-Fit cooling unit runs on a Secop BD Nano compressor and 12/24 V DC. The package combines high cooling capacity with a small footprint. The total weight of the unit is approx. 6 kg, making it one of the lightest in its class.
Slim-Fit uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R1234yf and the design is intended to minimise leak risks. The solution supports the direction of F-GAS regulation and meets the growing environmental requirements of the marine industry.
The cooling unit is suitable for sailboats, tight storage spaces and insulated cool boxes. The solution fits just as naturally into OEM projects as into retrofits.
