TruDesign composite fittings are made from a glass fiber reinforced nylon composite. The high modulus glass fibers provide excellent strength, stiffness, toughness and dimensional stability. The composite construction eliminates the corrosion and grounding problems typical of metal fittings. The hose barbs are designed to be used with two hose clamps and cannot be crushed even under heavy loads.
