The net-like foam of the polishing pad creates an excellent balance between flexibility and softness, and maintains its properties during use. The optimal honeycomb pattern improves the performance of the polishing pad and reduces the surface temperature during polishing. The orange polishing pad is softer than Mirka’s yellow honeycomb polishing pad, and leaves a better gloss and fewer holograms in one polishing pass. Suitable for a perfect finish, especially on softer clear varnish and paint surfaces. When polishing wooden surfaces, the orange honeycomb polishing pad is ideal for the finishing stage, to remove holograms and increase the amount of gloss. The polishing pad is especially suitable for darker colors and softer paint and varnish surfaces. The polishing pads are intended for use in combination with Mirka’s Polarshine polishes 12, 10 and 8.
