The Zipwake Series E takes automatic trim control to a whole new level with faster response times, more efficient lifting power, a larger and brighter display, and improved performance and ride comfort. The system combines durable, responsive trim controls with 3D control, designed for larger boats up to 30 meters (100 feet). The E Series allows precise control of trim angle, heel and directional stability in all conditions.
The action is fast and precise. The blade movement is 40 mm/s and the travel is 60 mm, which means effective and dynamic lift control. The Series E is compatible with the Series S trim controls, allowing flexible solutions for installation sites of different sizes.
Chine trim controls utilize the outer surfaces of the hull to produce effective lift. Their effect is similar to that of a straight trim control mounted inboard, one size larger. Chine trim controls are particularly suitable for applications where transom space is limited – for example, next to outboard motors or drives. Chine trim controls are mounted on the transom at the very edge of the hull.
Auto Pitch Control adjusts the pitch trim in real time to suit the driving situation. The end result is faster acceleration, a wider range of planing speeds and better visibility while driving.
Active Roll Control automatically stabilizes the boat against lateral tilt in changing conditions, such as wind, load changes or waves. Turns remain controlled at all speeds, making travel smooth and safe.
Zipwake’s waterproof and clear control panel is designed for use in all lighting conditions. The sunlight-readable colour display and ‘Auto’ button enable fully automatic trimming with a single push of a button.
