A colour rendering index (CRI) above 90 reproduces the tones of wood surfaces and textiles naturally. Power consumption is 10 W/m, and together with a standard LED dimmer the brightness can be adjusted as needed. Bright lighting makes it easier to read charts and work in the galley, while dimmer lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere in living areas.
The light is designed for marine conditions and allows versatile installation solutions. The strip is waterproof and achieves IP67 protection when the cut points are carefully sealed with silicone. This means it can be installed e.g. near floors, in the bilge or on damp bulkheads.
Installation is possible without separate large aluminium profiles. The LED strip can be mounted invisibly behind trim strips with clips for indirect lighting, or pressed directly into a 4.5 mm wide groove, such as standard mahogany profiles, for a neat and tidy result.
