POLISH YOUR BOAT WITH THE MIRKA METHOD
Use the Mirka method to clean and polish your boat. An effective and environmentally friendly method that removes stubborn dirt, for example, from the waterline and restores the original shine.
1. SANDING
1. Spray water on the Abralon 2000 wheel and keep it wet throughout the entire process.
2. Sand without pressing the eccentric machine against the surface. Let the machine’s own weight take effect.
Sand the surface until it is silky smooth.
3. Continue in the same way with Abralon 4000 and sand until the surface begins to shine.
2. POLISHING
1. Polish with Polarshine 10 and a sheep wool polishing pad until the surface is very shiny. Use a low speed on the polishing machine to avoid overheating the surface.
2. Wipe off excess polish with a Mirka microfiber cloth.
3. WAXING
1. Spray Polarshine Liquid Nano Wax onto the surface. Alternatively, use Polarshine 3 Finishing Nano Wax.
2. Apply the wax by hand with a polishing pad, using a hand sanding pad, a Mirka microfiber cloth, or a polishing machine and a black Polarshine polishing pad.
3. Polish the surface with a Mirka microfiber cloth.
