precision machined aluminum valve with a yellow polymer insert safely directs vapors generated during the diurnal cycle, which are normally routed to a carbon filter. When properly installed, the valve prevents liquid fuel from entering the filter. Perko tank vent valves are also called rollover valves or slope vent valves, and also include an overpressure protection feature. Mounting options include flanged (for plastic tanks), threaded (for metal tanks), and swivel versions (for both tank types). The flanged version corresponds to the SAE 5-bolt level transmitter flange. Gasket not included.
