PROtect Chafe is a pressure-sensitive tape consisting of a very high molecular weight polyethylene film with an aggressive acrylic adhesive.
The end result is a very durable material with the best impact resistance of any thermoplastic available on the market.
Very low moisture absorption, very low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating and very abrasion resistant (15 times better abrasion resistance compared to carbon steel).
