Mirka’s new, innovative Galaxy abrasive combines efficiency and long service life thanks to its self-sharpening abrasive grain. Thanks to its anti-clogging coating and new Multifit™ hole pattern, the versatile Mirka Galaxy is suitable for sanding both soft and hard materials and a variety of surfaces.

The new Galaxy abrasive is designed to maintain its grinding performance for longer, so that the Galaxy’s ceramic abrasive grains sharpen themselves as if by themselves during the grinding process. Galaxy’s blue ceramic abrasive grains retain their sharpness exceptionally well, enabling a long service life and efficient sanding. The abrasive pattern of the finer grits is particularly easy to polish off.

Galaxy is manufactured using Mirka’s new Multifit hole pattern, which allows the abrasive product to be placed on any sander without separate alignment. Excellent edge wear resistance and the universal Multifit hole pattern enable optimized dust removal and a long product life.
