System 30 Light weight structures for a wide range of applications. It is a self-assembly system for building frameworks and light weight structures. System 30 comprises composite tubes with an outside diameter of 30 mm and a wide range of connectors. The versatile System 30 provides tools for developing new applications or for updating existing ones at home or commercially. The non-corroding structures can be utilized indoors and outdoors, eg for garages and boat covers. Composite tubes The tubes are manufactured from glass-reinforced composite material. The excellent characteristics of System 30 tubes are optimized by applying a non-woven outer layer (called Exelens). This enables the tube to withstand impact, UV light and abrasion through heavy use. The surface finish is pleasant to the touch and the tubes feel warm in all conditions. Connectors The 2 or 3 tube connectors enable you to build a wide variety of structures. The connectors are made of injection-molded plastic which is free from corrosion. Depending on the connector and the loads it is supposed to carry, the material in the jounts is reinforced polyamide or Polypropylene.
