Thinning is only necessary to improve application properties (e.g. in cool weather) or to prevent skinning of the surface (e.g. in warm or windy weather). In these conditions, a maximum of 10% Thinner No. 3 can be added. However, when painting, the correct film thickness must be ensured, which is important for the final result.

Trilux Hard Eco is a two-component, biocide-free anti-fouling paint that forms a hard and smooth surface. Color options: white, navy blue and black.
• Excellent application properties.
• Resistant to abrasion and cleaning agents.
• Suitable for all surface materials, including aluminum, when primed. Suitable for both slow and fast boats. Can also be used in inland waters and in waterways where conventional copper and biocide-based anti-fouling paints are prohibited.
• Epoxy paint

• To ensure good adhesion, the surface to be treated should be sanded with 180-240 grit wet or dry sandpaper before painting.
• Check the overcoating time on the primer product label and apply it when painting Trilux Hard Eco paint over the overcoating.
• Add hardener to the base part and mix well.
• Apply 2-3 coats of paint.
• If the overcoating time is exceeded, sand the surface with 180 grit sandpaper before applying a new coat.
• Thin only if necessary.
