The Waypoint Commercial ISO 9650-1 is a high quality European liferaft that meets – and in some cases even exceeds – the stringent ISO 9650-1 Group A quality requirements. In practice, the liferaft complies with the MCA code.

• Manufactured entirely in our own factory in Europe from fully European components and high quality ISO 9650-3 approved PU coated HT Nylon fabric made in the UK.
• Extremely light, yet strong. Packed in a compact case or small bag.
• Two separate large diameter float tubes and a high arch tube create a large interior space.
• Bright orange-red self-standing tent with a large entrance and a boarding ramp with a weighted rope step makes it easy to board the raft from the water.
• Four wide and deep 75 liter water pockets stabilize the liferaft in rough seas.
• The release mechanism is fully SOLAS approved (far exceeds the ISO standard). The CO2 cylinder is connected directly to the floats without hoses (no twisting or leaking hoses). Waypoint Commercial liferafts inflate down to -25 degrees Celsius (well above the ISO standard requirement of -15 degrees Celsius).
• Patented thermal base with insulating air bubbles provides the best protection against hypothermia.
• The liferaft has both internal and external SOLAS approved lights that can be switched on and off manually from the raft.
• The Commercial ISO 9650-1 liferaft is vacuum packed and the manufacturer’s recommended service interval is 3 years
• Available in both hard shell and box models for 4, 6 or 8 people
